Faculty and Staff Development Programs is an initiative under the care of the Community Service and Sustainable Development Center that aims to train and develop employees by using an array of educational methods and programs designed to improve job performance in advancing a worker's knowledge and skills sets and instilling greater motivation to enhance personal and professional growth. The programs help ensure the faculty and staff's professional development to maintain and improve the knowledge and skills needed to deliver professional services to colleagues, clientele, and the community.
